Kimball Blake, BS, PharmD

I am a PGY2 Health System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership (HSPAL) resident at M Health Fairview. I completed my bachelors in Biology and minors in Chemistry and Pharmacology at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities then completed my PharmD at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities as well. During pharmacy school I was an intern with M Health Fairview at the Clinic and Surgery Center in the Oncology Infusion Pharmacy.

I am interested in operations, quality improvement, process improvement, data analytics, and strategy. I prefer ambulatory pharmacy (home infusion, ambulatory infusion, specialty) and the business operations as it relates to pharmacy.
