Lucas Cannon, PharmD

Lucas Cannon, PharmD is a 2020 graduate from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center Jerry H Hodge School of Pharmacy in Abilene, Texas. After graduating from pharmacy school and working in community pharmacy for 2 years, Dr. Cannon completed the University of Minnesota Ambulatory Care Residency at Community-University Health Care Center (CUHCC) in Minneapolis. Currently, Dr. Cannon is a clinical pharmacist at both CUHCC and Open Cities Health Center where he provides comprehensive medication management services. In addition, he enjoys working with patients to ensure they are able to find affordable pricing for their medications. In his free time, he enjoys the beautiful nature Minnesota has to offer.
