Biography
Olivia Buncher joined the College of Pharmacy in 2014. She received her B.A. in Communication from the University of Minnesota Duluth and her M.A. in Student Affairs Administration from Michigan State University. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development at the University of Minnesota. Prior to joining the College of Pharmacy in 2014, she held roles in undergraduate and graduate/professional admissions at Case Western Reserve University and the University of Wisconsin - Superior. Her research interests center around the use and application of non-cognitive variables in admission and retention practices, with a focus on evaluation methods that accurately reflect the knowledge, skills and attributes of students from populations that have historically been underrepresented in higher education.
