Dr. Rabaey’s active research and scholarship activity includes the following domains:
- Pediatric feeding disorder –best practices for assessment and intervention across cultures
- Family mealtime occupations
- Empowering families of children with disabilities living in low-and-middle-income countries (and prevention of institutionalization)
- The First 1000 days and impact of mothering, attachment, and nutrition on brain growth and development
Practice
Dr. Rabaey has over 30 years of experience in pediatrics serving a variety of ages in both rural and urban settings (NICU, early intervention, school-based, outpatient, and community based). She has also worked in community based international settings with children with disabilities living with and without families across four continents.
