Ahmar U. Zaidi, MD, Medical Director, Clinical Development, Sickle Cell Disease Program at Agios Pharmaceuticals presented "The Sickle Caste: From a Single Mutation to Victimization and the Road Back". More than 70 viewers attended the webinar and breakout sessions. Dr. Zaidi's science-based, human-centered and eloquent presentation generated heartfelt, thoughtful discussions in the post-presentation discussion and in the breakouts.
