Who are Student Ambassadors?
University of Minnesota PharmD Student Ambassadors are a select group of current second and third year students who are excited about pharmacy and want to represent the College to others who are interested in our PharmD program.
What do our Student Ambassadors do?
Student ambassadors hold an integral role in the admissions and recruitment of future pharmacy students by hosting tours, sharing experiences at recruiting events, connecting with prospective students and more! You’ll see ambassadors at Preview Days, Interview Days, at recruiting events around the state of Minnesota, and more!
Become a Student Ambassador
Being a student ambassador is a great way to engage in a leadership role on campus with a manageable time commitment as you represent the College of Pharmacy. Through participation in the program, we hope students will gain confidence in public speaking, foster a sense of community on campus, and continue their service to others. The application typically opens each spring semester to first and second year PharmD students (who serve as ambassadors during their second and third years).
