Elective Planning Resources
OTD students are required to take 3 elective credits. These credits need to be aligned directly with your capstone project. The program will hold an elective planning session in the spring of your first year in the program (semester 2) to review the requirements and help you to get started.
Class 2025 can use the following guide: OTD Registration for Electives Guide
You can view a list of electives taken by previous OTD students here. Reminder: this list provides examples of classes that have aligned with previous capstone projects. Courses not on this list may be applicable to your own project. All electives must be approved prior to registration.
