Dr. Krach, an affiliate member of CODR, was recently awarded the Gabriella E. Molnar-Swaffort Pediatric PM&R Lifetime Achievement Award for her work as an educator, advocate and skilled provider for patients diagnosed with spina bifida and cerebral palsy.

Global Genes is hosting Dr. Reena Kartha for one of their Ask Me Anything sessions on October 27, 12:30pm EST. Dr. Kartha's course on Rare Diseases: What it Takes to be a Medical Orphan, her research on oxidative stress and rare inherited metabolic disorders, and CODR's collaboration with the Dept. of Theater Arts and Dance to produce a play that examines the challenges of those living with rare disorders are all being highlighted.
